Hierarchical Intelligent Control Method for Mineral Particle Size Based on Machine Learning

Mineral particle size is an important parameter in the mineral beneficiation process. In industrial processes, grinding process produces pulp with qualified for subsequent flotation processes. this paper, a hierarchical intelligent control method based on machine learning proposed. layer, artificial intelligence technologies such as long and short memory neural networks (LSTM) convolution (CNN) are used to solve multi-source ore blending prediction classification of dry rainy season conditions, then ore-feeding expert system coordinate production semi-autogenous mill Ball Hydrocyclone (SAB) intelligently adjust parameters DCS layer. This paper presents practical application SAB international mine realize automation intelligence. The throughput increased by 6.05%, power consumption reduced 7.25%, annual economic benefit has been significantly improved.
